  • Hours of Operation

    Customer Service is available Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.  Additional hours may be added during the peak seasons as needed. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

  • Minimum Order

    There is a $10 minimum order charge.

  • Labor Charge

    There is a $25  per hour labor charge for special services requested.

  • Pricing

    All pricing is subject to change without further written notice.

  • Order Tracking

    You will receive a confirmation email with in 24 hours of submitting your order. It is your responsibility to call and verify the receipt of your order if you do not receive an email. Upon completion and shipment of order, you will receive another email that will provide carrier and tracking information.

  • Color Correction

    Color correction is available for $1.00 per file.  Test prints are available through our ROES or KC2 software options.

  • Copyright Policy

    We comply with current copyright laws and fully believe in the protection of our client’s ownership rights.  We will not copy or reproduce any image that is copyrighted or is imprinted with a studio/photographers name unless accompanied by written consent from the studio or photographer.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees

    We provide FREE ground shipping on orders of $35 or more.  If you prefer a different carrier or require special shipping, such as overnight, the charges will be billed to you in full.

    We do not charge any type of handling fee.

    Customer pays shipping on orders over 30×40.

  • Illegal and Offensive Images Policy

    Prints of any image will not be printed if determined to be inappropriate, obscene or in poor taste.

  • Reorders

    Reorders are priced the same as original orders.  Due to variations in sensitized materials, it may not be possible for reorders to match exactly in color and/or density to your original order.

  • Tennessee Sales Tax

    Required by law, we will collect sales tax on all orders delivered in the state of Tennessee.  If you are exempt from sales tax, you will need to provide the lab with a valid state sales tax exemption certificate.  This form is available on our website under “New Account”.

  • Limit of Liability

    Studio Pro Group will take every precaution to ensure proper handling of any photographic material that you submit to us.  Submitting any film, print, or digital image to this firm for printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of printing and/or finishing services.  Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the print, or digital image is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded.

    Studio Pro Group is not responsible for loss, damage or delay of shipment caused by the U.S. Post Office, United Parcel Service, FedEx, or any other carrier used.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    Opening your account with Studio Pro Group can be accomplished in just a few minutes. Visit our website at www.studioprogroup.com.

    Click on “Become a Client” and fill out the customer profile.

  • Payment

    American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are acceptable forms of payment. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is shipped.
